It’s never easy when a significant relationship ends.
Whatever the reason for the split—and whether you wanted it or not—the breakup of a relationship can turn your whole world upside down. It triggers all sorts of painful and unsettling feelings. But you can even learn from the experience and grow into a stronger, wiser person.
When you end your relationship with your significant other you don't only let go of your past but also your future dreams with your ex-life partner. That's the hardest part of transforming into your single life again while grieving for the loss of the most important relationship of your life.
If you are struggling with a break-up, separation or divorce, my SaS Program
- empowers you to regain yourself,
- encourages you to transform your life with a new perspective,
- energizes you to create a true love identity.

Grief is a natural reaction to loss. The breakup or divorce of a love relationship involves multiple losses:
- Loss of companionship and shared experiences
- Loss of support, be it financial, intellectual, social, or emotional
- Loss of hopes, plans, and dreams (can be even more painful than practical losses).
Allowing yourself to feel the pain of these losses may be scary. However, grieving is essential to the healing process.
The pain of grief is exactly what helps you let go of the old relationship and create space for a new relationship.
